      Pros

      Hyper-fast growth, enthusiastic techy talents, beauitful offices with great food. Very friendly people. Many opportunities for growth and promotion. Lot's of travel opportunities, Nice budget for team activities and dinners. 3 secondary rounds in 1.5 year and good outlook towards a promising IPO in the future.

      Cons

      You should enjoy or adapt to intense work and constant change. Very dynamic environment and many processes are being established and updated on the go.

      Cyera has an innovative culture, despite growing in headcount it still has the capabilities to innovate and expand. The hiring team does a great job of bringing in the best people

      Cons

      WLB is harder to manage than other tech companies, still working on get rid of "verbal documentation/Toshba"
