      Pros

      Nothing. This company is absolutely insane with their requirements! They have grown too quickly and have not managed correctly.

      Cons

      Cyera has grown too quickly and is taking advantage of their employees! 60+ hour work weeks. “Do more with less” is their motto!

      World Class Company - Best job I have ever had!!!

      Pros

      Everyone except a few people from the West (horrible West VP who has been removed) who has posted something negative has been fired because they are not A players and they are bitter that they are no longer at this "once in a lifetime" company. The product is Amazing AND extremely relevant. (I made $900k - 190% of quota - in my FIRST YEAR with no pipeline because the product is that amazing and relevant)! The people are world class who work extremely hard and are all moving towards the same goal. I personally have had 5 meetings set for me by the 2 founders!!! I've never had one CEO set a meeting for me once in almost 30 years prior to Cyera. Bottom line is this, every negative review is from bitter people who are not A players. This is an amazing company that will surpase companies like ServiceNow and Snowflake as one of the greatest in Cyber history.

      If you are not a hard working A player, please do not come to Cyera. You will not have a place to hide and you will be fired before the years over.

      Pros

      Everyone is very experienced and stand out in their respective roles. Leadership is engaged, connected, smart, and listens. Product works exceptionally well and is easily differentiated from competitors. Everyone is of the "win together or lose together" mindset so you are never alone.

      Cons

      Very fast growth means some items can fall through cracks and if you are passionate about something, you will need to own it as it wont "just happen" Expectations can be very high. Fast growth means processes are always changing so keeping up internally can be challenging.
