Best role and company of my career
Pros
Cyera has incredible momentum and an even more incredible product. The product just works, and we iterate on the product incredibly fast, making it easy to support and drive customer success. The team is global and provides an unparalleled opportunity to be exposed to unique cultures with people from all over the world. The leadership team is incredibly strong, and we are only adding champions to our leadership as we grow. The work is challenging but incredibly rewarding. I personally have never been more optimistic about the outlook of a private company I have worked for before. Inter-team communication progresses and develops daily, where joint-department work is becoming more streamlined and efficient. The customer success team is made up of only highly competent rockstars. There isn't a single person on the team I wouldn't trust any of my customers to, and anytime we need help, there is always someone ready to jump in to assist. The CS culture is unparalleled. If you want to build things, work on new challenges, find unique ways of getting invested into a growing company to provide value outside of your job description, Cyera is the place to do it.
Cons
The company is a startup. The only con, which is not actually a con for me, would be the challenging nature of startup work. If you do not like startup work or environments, you would not like working here.
