Good for lower level entry positions new to the telco sector.

Pros

The pros are having a job. It is a nice place to start out to gain experience so that you gain enough knowledge where another company will consider you and pay you the amount you truly deserve.

Cons

The pay is a joke. They pay their workers in India down to $8/hr. Even here in America the average Salary for this job is $18/hr. That is for people with experience also. You do a quick search on indeed or any other job search website, it’s hard to find anything below $20/hr even without experience. Up to $30 you will find other companies offers for the same work and will a lower workload.

Pros

I enjoyed the collaborative work and the great working environment where managements is very supportive. The Thousand Oaks office has many young employees that make working at Cyient fun. A great entry-level job. You do not need to pass the FE to work here at this position.

Cons

The salary was not the most competitive for Mechanical Engineers. Cyient is an international company that is based in India so much of the team is on a different schedule than US employees.
