Throughout my 7 years with the company, I believe I have undertaken close to 15 various roles/responsibilities. These include leadership roles in both HR and Corporate Strategy more recently. Thanks to a culture of embracing professional development through assignment, projects and in some cases throwing you in the deep end to experience something different (but beneficial to the company and to me). I’ve always found the people and culture to be a unique selling point for me and the reason why Cyient has been my longest employer in my 25 year career. Thanks to the diversity, supportive and inclusive environments, I’ve found that people can excel and exceed their potential compared to that of larger organisations throughout my career. I believe the FIRST values of Cyient are very strong and are key to my engagement with the company. If I was to summarise the company, I would say it’s a company that enables your potential whilst continue to drive to reach their own ambitions through their great talent.
