      1) Leadership encouragement & HR Polices - I started my career as a Jr. GIS Engineer with Diploma. Now I am working as a Team Lead for Software Analytics team by enhancing my Skills as well as my educational credentials. I have done B.Tech + MBA in these 10 Yrs and learnt advanced analytic software courses. So you can understand how much they have motivated me. 2) Cyient: Cyient treats all the employees as family. 3) CEO: Even CEO is always get in touch with Level 1 - 4 associates to understand their views and feedbacks. It is really great opportunity to share our views, issues, feedbacks and improvements directly with CEO.

      Cons

      Initial days I have observed delay in the process of Compensation benefits. If I am considering last 2 or 3 years, it was really a fantastic change in the process in terms of Transparency, Benefit Policies, flow of Process etc. So heart fully I appreciate Cyient for enhancing the policies and culture of Compensation process.

      Salary very less when compared with other competitors in the market. Career stagnates after working for 4-5 years.
