      Pros

      Good for freshers. Will get lots of domain to work on. Do not go to Bombardier Project. Your life will become miserable.

      Cons

      Freshers service bond of 3 years, are you kidding me!! Higher management will never understand your problem. HR people are not up to the mark. They give all bad advice to the problems you want a clarification. They will never solve any queries of you.

      Flexible hours, overtime pay, usually a gateway to getting into a better company.

      Cons

      Minimal benefits, nothing gets done, management doesn't listen, no chance of promotion, favoritism, low pay, bare minimal raises, hard work goes unnoticed/unrewarded
