      The company has a very friendly and cooperative work environment and the salaries are given on time without any delay.

      Cons

      The company should give more freedom to relocate or work in a city of your choice in case you need it to shift.

      Good initiatives being taken to increase the market for Cyient. Company is expanding itself in engineering. Have recently opened a new centre in Warangal, AP. Its a good company to learn. Good company for a beginner.

      Cons

      More focused in improving and expanding itself only in AP within India. Don't believe in training employees and improving their skills. Low pay scales. Long working hours
