      Pros

      co-workers were awesome, office environment was pretty decent, nothing spectacular, but not awful either

      Cons

      management only cared about putting people on site, no matter if the employee was good for the job or not.

      Pros

      Frankly i don't see anything good about this company.. I have been working in this company in semiconductor software division for last 5 years. Its an average company for Freshers/Juniors and worst company for seniors. They are expert in bluffing especially the managers and their bosses.

      Cons

      Very Bad salary for software folks they always try to match with mechanical engineers salary which is always less. There is no skill addition and no good facility provided.
