      Pros

      Any place is a good place at this economy (Just shut your mouth and work)! Pays for higher education (paid for my masters) and good benefits!

      Cons

      Fear rules! F*** is very common word!!! Employees are treated as a working machines! Management blames each other! No one talks straight!!

      Hard working culture. Promotions are based on performance not on seniority. Fun, smart people to work with. Bottom line up front.

      Cons

      Balancing life / work is a challenge. Spend way too much time overjustifying products or decisions. TJ is killer to innovation.

      1) Level of responsibility - You are always made to feel you are working on something important. 2) Informal atmosphere 3) Approachability of people

      Cons

      1) There is a very high level of bureaucracy and too many processes to follow. 2) The management is very reactive.
