Poor pay, No consistency from management went through 12 supervisors in less than two years No flex for non spanish speakers

There are no pros, at all.

Cons

Absolutely terrible work environment. The grey monotone decor makes one want to blow their brains out. Each grueling day gets worse by the anxiety caused by this job. Very minimal human interaction (besides being on the phone for interpreting purposes) if you're having a bad day, you can only expect it to get worse working at Cyracom!

Flexibility of schedule is wonderful.No cost of travel since you work over the phone.Payment is not also that bad.Go cyracom go

Cons

Flow of work is not guaranteed.transparency lacks how you could get the work assigned to you.That makes you nervous and ineffective on the job you area doing.
