Opotunity to grow, the cahnce to use my language skills and ability to provide services needed by important companies.

Cons

I feel that this company is not very pro keeping employees. I feel that the company can do much more to help the employee grow in their position and provide a better guide to success in the company. Following company policy and guidlines I understand if action needs to be taken if an employee is not folowing the correct code of conduct or guidlines of the company, but it would be nice as an employee to hav someone work more side by side w you to ensure that you meet the goal needed to reatin employment.

Management changes schedules arbitrarily every two to three months. Employees have to be available to work up to 2 hours normal schedule or two hours after schedule for schedule demands. Scheduled breaks and lunches changes everyday. Policies change every month. On-site employees have perks and preferences that at home employees don't Company forbides communication between employees. Employee policy is austere Meritment raises are low below inflation or non existant Based in Arizona
