Pros

Executive team values employees and looks to promote from within as the company continues to grow. Employee appreciation and recognition at a company-wide level is good for morale and leads to continued success. Opportunities abound for anyone willing to work smart and hard.

Cons

Work-life balance is difficult as the company continues to grow at an increasingly rapid pace. Office politics at the corporate level are unnecessarily brutal at times, especially with middle management. Salaries are not so great for independent-thinking female employees and training is hardly provided as on-the-job learning is highly encouraged.

Cons

Weak executive and senior leadership lead to no clear direction. Turnover is high at all levels which leads to a toxic culture.

Solid, ethical, growing, nimble and incredibly talented organization with brilliant leadership. CyraCom International is fast becoming the industry leader, actively supports the populations it serves and effectively balances employee and client needs. The organization appropriately and responsibly allocates resources. Employees share financially in the company's success.

Cons

Many competing "top priority" projects sometimes causes confusion. Majority of employees do not understand how their specific role and their contributions impact the organization and the organization's clients.
