      Pros

      Professional environment, Nice office environment. Decent benefits, Bit better than average pay with quarterly bonus. Flexible schedule in summertime. Relaxed Dress code from blue jeans to suits w/ no ties for execs.

      Cons

      Long hours, lots of changes in staff, outsourcing lots of departments and loosing good people. Lots of strategic changes but not being told full story of what is happening. Total change in corporate strategy due to new VPs and many things unclear.

      Exciting to be at forefront of datacenter boom, with such a committed overall focus. Pay is good, bonus plan solid.

      Constant growth and learning opportunities, sky is the limit for certain types of individuals.

      Cons

      Deplorable Finance Management team, unreasonable expectations, with focus only on bottom line and making money. No regard for individuals, only want yes MEN. Cultural differences not embraced and nurtured for growth, but used as insulting and degrading of specific members of the team who arent subservient - with pleasure being taken in public humiliation, with no repercussions time and time again. Be a robot, and survival is assured. Look at the numbers people, wake up. How many times can you start over without there being major gaps?Mass exodus since current members of finance management placed in charge

      Great co-workers, great product. If driven by money, this is your place.

      Cons

      Upper Management claims a united workforce, but turns its back to the real problems. Reactive atmosphere - Constantly putting out fires, rarely are proactive actions taken in most departments.
