      Worst company I've ever worked for.

      None that I can think of.

      So many to list I don't know if I have enough space. First off, the environment I worked in would be best described as confrontational, at worst hostile. There is/was a very big fish in a very small pond that seemed to run things, and another with no technical skill or training that seemed to have management support above others that did, unbelievably. The day I left CyrusOne was actually a very happy day for me and I haven't regretted leaving, only the time I wasted there. If I could give them zero stars out of five I would.

      They spend money on toys

      I can confidently assume that they undercut the market when it comes to offered salaries/wages to "save money", but it's been backfiring for a while as star employees keep leaving for better pay. This causes us to pick up the slack, constantly look for new hires, spend a LOT of money in an effort to train them/ fix honest mistakes made by inexperienced teams, etc. It would not surprise me at all to learn if their business strategy completely overshadows their IT and Ops Strategies which widens the divide between corporate and that people actually doing work. Also, half these reviews look like they were written by a PR team. Very sad.

      Pros

      If you have an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in fast-growth, but not fully defined process, you will love CyrusOne. There is a commitment to ongoing improvement and our offers are quite differentiated which leads to our continued success. This also strains operations, but internal culture rises to challenges.

      Cons

      Need to continue to empower managers to make decisions and give folks the freedom (within their responsibility) to run their business.
