      Pros

      Cyti is a fast-growing company that values people above all else. It has been such an incredible experience to work for leaders that actually place people over profits, and who live according to the values they talk about. I especially love the value that is placed on work-life balance, and how we are actively encouraged to create a schedule that works for our family and home life. I have also noticed that there is a diverse leadership team, and that is very important to me. They are always presenting opportunities for us to grow, expand our knowledge and our practice.

      There is a huge demand for mental health services right now.

      Highest pay I've had for W2 position, flexible make-your-own schedule, decent amount of client referrals, autonomy in clinical practice, remote

      Cons

      Lack of opportunities for growth, limited contact with management and supports, unknown organizational chart, minimal benefits as full-time employee, grew very fast and policies/procedures have not.

      Flexibility for your own schedule Good pay for 53 min+ sessions

      Cons

      Onboarding is not clear. Onboarding paperwork state that you are eligible for benefits after 2 months of 20 hrs per week or more. What they failed to specify until after I was hired and working for 2.5 months is that it takes another month to process before your healthcare begins. Plan on at least 3-4 months without benefits. Have not done a great job at filling caseloads, colleagues and I have at least 2-6 spots open at a time
