Gossip don’t trust anyone to keep anything private, no growth, nonexistent raises even for senior members, each owner will tell you to do different things and you’ll get in trouble for listening to the other, you’ll make not even half the amount of your boss, blamed for things that occurred before you even start working, expect you to fix other people’s mistakes, get approval to go to an appointment during the day then they claim you never did, trust seniors before you even when you have proof, it’s a cover your self culture and they will openly tell you, HR likes to stir drama and tell you to do things that they have no legal right to, nothing gets done on time, if your good enough at your job you get to do their peoples as well!
