Pros

Coworkers are great. Product is great. The work is stressful but rewarding.

Cons

Management. Had a manager that took turns harassing each of her employees. New processes are also kept secret and then the employees who don't know about it get a loud talking to where everyone can hear.

Pros

• the company is growing • it has the backing of a large company (DR Horton) • the pay is better than another developer company I’ve worked at

Cons

• toxic work environment in my office (bullying) • very few company holidays, especially compared to other developer/builder companies • HORRIBLE insurance - new hires are only allowed the Cigna high deductible plan for the first 2 years • not open to hybrid work options; very strict about being back in the office • quality of the product is not good, their mission is to build the MOST homes, not the best

Pros

PMs are granted a lot of autonomy if they can demonstrate competence.

Cons

Such fast growth leads to frequently changing SOPs.
