Pros
Experience with all sides of accounting available to you in a calm work environment. Great coworkers and fun workplace.
Cons
Low pay and sometimes overworked. Yearly employee reviews were all fluff. Cross trained so much that I had to worry about multiple people's jobs when they were out including mine with no extra compensation. Warehouse floor managers made it difficult to complete certain weekly tasks that were essential to my job. I also felt like there was no possible chance at growth given the size of the department.
