      Pros

      - work alongside incredibly people that genuinely love what they do - so much respect across the company, no matter who you are or what function you hold - managers want to see you succeed and will try their best to help you achieve your goals - flexible hours, ability to work from home

      A lot of great people/colleagues Interesting work Some managers are great

      No penalty for egregious behaviour Promotions and raises given to individuals in spite of bad behaviour Always putting out fires/strapped for cash used as an excuse not to address issues Overt sexism never dealt with No training for managers, some terrible managers as a result
