      Pros

      they put you to work right away in important projects great experience for electrical/mechanical systems engineering lots of independence, no micromanaging

      Cons

      not necessarily a bad thing, but you are expected to work very independently at times. Figure out what needs to be done for a project and do it.

      Pros

      - Ground-breaking technology with a bright future ahead of it! - Very friendly work environment that encourages employee growth and team-work. - Meaningful and interesting projects to work on. As a student the work definitely enhanced my knowledge and improved my hands-on engineering skills. - Fairly flexible work hours. - Great mentorship from supervisors and experienced co-workers. I was never afraid to ask a question and I was always provided with constructive feedback on my work. - Nice office with lots of meeting rooms and an employee lounge,

      - I cannot think of any cons to report, I had a very positive experience here.

      Pros

      Interesting technology. Flexible hours. Some nice and some very serious people. With pool table, pingpong and foosball. Occasional barbeque. Free fruits and drinks. There's an espresso machine.

      Cons

      It's good but not the best yet. Pay is average. No bonus. Location is not the best. More than majority are men and lots are nerdy ones -- since it's place for physicists, mechanical/electrical/HW engineers, programmers, and such
