Pros

Once in the project, you have so much support from people. They’ll tell you that after so many strikes you’re out but in reality it’s opposite unless you’re not doing your work then you’re out for sure.

Cons

Information is being passed down differently. Not consistent and the Pay is not what it should be.

Good interview not enough money

Good interview. Quick response and call from recruiter. She knew the job and company well, engaging and thoughtful questions and responses to my answers. She asked for my review of her, I am obliging the request.

Cons

Salary was out of touch for the job skill and responsibility. Overall a good interview but the salary was a hard pass.

worked with great coworkers, really friendly and small call center environment.

Cons

pay was not the best, and micromanaging is was my reason of departure after 2 years. the manager that initially hired me and i worked with 95% of my time there, was amazing. once new management was brought it, the micromanaging began. there are also not enough roles available to seek promotions.
