Pros

Interviewing for this role has been a great experience. The recruiter was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. Friendly and highly competent process thus far.

Cons

Lack of remote or any flexibility for hybrid. I asked the questions was an equipment or security issue but no real clarity only that the role must be onsite. I inquired about 4 - 10 hour days and that was not an option for this role. I’m actively interviewing for other roles and many have flexible work options.
