Some of the best reasons to work at DATAMARK are the people! All of my coworkers are the best and really help me whenever I need it. I was very nervous when I first started that I would mess up but they were all patient with me learning. The bonus program is really great too, it's nice to know that I'm pretty much in control of how much I bonus depending on how fast I am, building speed is really easy in this position too once you get used to it. You can easily bonus $500 per paycheck after the first two months or so. I also enjoy where we are located, it is an extremely secure environment so I always feel safe.

Cons

The cost of benefits can definitely be seen as a con but the benefits themselves are really nice and easy to use almost anywhere.

All the positions are easy and easy good money

Cons

too much mandatory over time especially when I don't want it, favoritism, people don't follow rules, HR only address some issues within the company but not all, people dress unprofessional mostly the women mini skirts, dress, out and wearing knee high boots. You get the point. Like I said its not the company its the ones running it

Competitive Pay (not sure if that is the norm ) USAA amenities

Cons

All Benefits take 90 days to kick in Vacation takes a year to kick in very strict 8-5 schedule, no exceptions Seemed to be a huge divide between managers/front office and everyone else No work from home ever!
