Early hours available and possible

Cons

No work life balance, OT mandatory if not write up, bonus gets reduced, company takes part of your bonus, only to bonus up to 30% the rest company keeps it.

Thank you very much for the review, we appreciate you taking the time togive us an opportunity to get better at our policies. OT is required but only at certain times of the month. On the bonus, there is a max on what you can earn but the company does not keep any of it. It is a taxable income. Please reach out to me if you want me to further explain this to you. Pros

Domestic department has a great balance with workload, stress, pay, and benefits with friendly management.

Cons

International department is similar to working two jobs with minor pay increase when compared to domestic. Higher workload, more stress, higher bonus standards, higher overall scrutiny from management during the job in international. Employee morale is low despite what management tries to say, employees must be convinced or forced to move into this department. MUST ASK PERMISSION TO USE RESTROOM. Favoritism is common here.
