      Good location, some good people, plenty of opportunity for advancement

      No teamwork, very cliché with multiple factions from local workforce and DBS people that relocated.

      Pros

      One of the leading global supply chain provider. In Australia they have increasingly a real whole of supply chain approach to their solution and capability development. Local senior leadership truly care about the employees. There is also a genuine willingness to integrate environment, communities and equal opportunities in the company's strategy.

      Cons

      Gender imbalance at the top in local, regional and global leadership. Difficulties in being nimble in a large global structure increasingly driven towards centralisation and standardisation based on an headquarter centric view of the world.
