Pros

I have been employed for less than a year but have to resign from the company in lieu of my personal to explore an opportunity in the Middle East particularly in Dubai. From my experience with the company, I could say that it is a good workplace to work for. Aside from the good profile ( for the record , the company is one of the leading logistics company around the world), the shared service center which was newly-established is a good avenue for fresh entry and the senior staffs for career growth and advancement plus the opportunity to travel abroad for the execution of project.

Pros

challenging and if you survive the tension, you will probably learn some stuffs you can use in future jobs

Cons

too much politics...managers manage their managers, not the business. the company survives in spite of itself...european companies want to use fellow european companies like DBSchenker. So it thrives in spite of poor management
