Pros
Most co-workers are very nice. Some of the department managers are ok to work with. Good health coverage. That is about all.
Cons
Low pay. No raise in many years. Too many changes within the company that leads to nobody (including managers) knowing what is going on. They lay off experienced workers to save money then hire temps with no experience at a much lower salary and expect the few workers that are there swamped in work to train the new temps. All to save money, and not caring how badly it is effecting their workers. Everyone is overworked and under paid. They could care less. But hey- you have health insurance....
