      professionally great company, reliable products to sell to customers, requires however lot of work to ensure this high level service is being delivered

      Cons

      no mentor environment, inter company promotions are far and few, takes a lot of internal politics to ensure your own career is moving along. very easy to be put on the sideline and "forgotten".

      Pros

      Good benefits and base salary. Good canteen and subsidised gym. Free bus from Doncaster rail station.

      Cons

      No overtime although expected. Random drug and alcohol tests for office workers but not for contractors so what is the point? IT doesn't need to be so complicated.

      Offers challenging, but varied and interesting work, where you learn to use a wide variety of skills and talents. No one day is ever the same!

      Cons

      A large company where it is not always easy to get things done, or to get everyone to move in the same direction. Also, there is no real clear career progression path to follow.
