Pros

Lots of room for growth Quarterly Bonus's Profit Sharing Ability to make changes and encouraged to try making changes to make the company better without fear.

Cons

Limited vacation time, two weeks a year, allowed another 2 days, after 5 years. Unable to work remotely

Pros

As a longtime teammate, I've really enjoyed the company's leadership, the opportunities, and the industry for which we work within. DBSI is always looking for ways to evolve and grow. It definitely helps that I enjoy working with my peers, the camaraderie, and the daily and long term collaboration on projects. I like that I'm challenged professionally and my skillset has grown tremendously.

Cons

I'd encourage leadership to continue its flexibility of work from home for all employees, local and afar.

Pros

I've been with DBSI for over 11 years after spending many years with traditional Architectural firms. Ownership truly cares about their staff and encourage a healthy balance between work and our personal lives.

Cons

DBSI specializes in the Financial Institution market. There's a lot to learn of the banking world, but management takes the time to educate their staff to be competent in understanding the banking nuances.
