DC Group reviews

How much time do you have? First off, the CEO has the Sales/IT team flood this page with 5 star reviews to drown out the actual honest reviews so be wary of that. DC Group has absolutely NO culture. The in office environment is so lackluster and blah that it's almost depressing having had to work in that gloomy office for the whole day. DC Group does not care about employee health and wellness. During the peak of Covid, they violated a governor issued state mandate that required businesses of a certain size to have their employees work remote. DC Group violated this and none of the employees knew that they were being taken advantage of. When I called HR out on it, they looked foolish and embarrassed and literally didn't have anything to say in their defense. Management also brushed it off, and I actually never even heard from my direct manager after having told HR about it because they knew they messed up. Walking into the HR office that morning and citing the state mandate, unaware of how DC Group might retaliate against me was the bravest thing I'd ever done in standing up for myself. I walked out of the HR office, packed my bag, and proceeded to work from home for the next 8 months or so, all while ready to sue the company if it came to it. This company is an embarrassment and it's no surprise to note that they don't even have any core values. Seriously, check the website, no core values to be found. As a former employee, DC Group and it's management cannot be trusted. Please look elsewhere!
