Pros

Pay is decent. Usually you have days at home and light days. Co workers in the field are great.

Cons

Most the reviews are posted by someone in the office and you can tell which ones they are. Dc Group is growing but lack the ability to hire field engineers to cover the areas that are growing. They stress the importance of answering the phone to us but I have a hard time getting ahold of account managers. Nobody communicates in the office. The lack to schedule jobs logistically that would make sense.

Pros

The base salary is fair, but the employee turnover is incredibly high. Commissions earned are only partially received as the turnover is too quick for the executive to receive their full commissions earned.

Cons

The sales quota for each sales rep gets changed without notice and the number is selected completely randomly. These monthly numbers are typically unattainable due to the extremely long sales cycle. Management does not give the sales executives enough time to build a pipeline. If you are there a year you are probably one of the longest running reps. Management no longer posts monthly sales results, so you are unable to tell where you stand within the company. All is kept a mystery so the high turnover can be “justified”. The company culture is fearful and toxic starting from the top down. The company is unable to deliver the services it promises many of the times, resulting in unhappy customers.

Cons

Please know the last posts August 2019 we’re lies, and employees were threatened to do them. I am doing you a favor telling you do not work there. They fire people for no reason no matter how long you are there. They take your commissions and let you go. There are so many good companies this is not one of them. Please beware. Very abusive toxic environment.
