DC Public Schools reviews

My only problem with D.C Public Schools was that they had to many job terminations. You can not look forwarded to retirement with them.

Arbitrary reappointment practices for anyone other than a teacher--the performance evaluation system for central office staff does not match the work assigned (generic tool) Turnover rate insane--lack of consistency in team make-up always hiring and retraining people means progress cannot be made at a consistent rate. Work-Life balance--Central office focused on output not quality which results in poor outcomes at the school and classroom level
