      Flexible work schedule, good pay, great manager

      Cons

      Ambiguous projects but I had a great manager and co-workers that made going to work fun.

      Potential to earn a lot of money.

      Cons

      - Poor curriculum created by district office (created in 6 weeks and full of missing resources and spelling errors). - Disorganized district mandates (Some mandates are not even possible due to a miscalculation of days/hours it takes to implement.) For example- each student needs to complete 3 hours a week of a certain computer program, but you only have 5 computers for 25 children. - Lack of resources (You have to print and copy all of your resources, but you're only given one stack of paper for the whole 6 weeks. Depending on the school, you have to also print and copy your own reading materials, too.)

      Pros

      Great pay for the industry- I earned substantially more than I would've in surrounding counties Good amount of flexibility- as long as I was getting my work done, my supervisor was flexible with me working from home or different hours than her. I should note I worked at Central Office, not one of the schools

      Cons

      There is a bit of a "that's not my job" attitude in some departments
