Pros

Good opportunity for learning new entry-level skills, Acctg. department culture hard working but not overly inflexible.

Cons

Salary below market, undefined internal controls, OT hours not required but necessary for expectation of duties due to level of staffing, multiple data systems not combined to create seamless functionality of information.

Pros

A print and marketing company with an unusual number of resources and amazing service offerings--not to mention equipment in-house that is a competitive advantage. Talented, knowledgeable staff.

Cons

Not great communication between leadership and staff. There is not a clear vision of company direction or a known plan that the team is working from. It felt like a "Catholic family": Nobody talks about "real" issues that could help make the company better.
