For the most part a good place to work. Fair wages, most of the employees are friendly, caring, and helpful.

Cons

Entrenched middle management have insufficient educational backgrounds. Resistant to new ideals and a tendency to be biased.

Good place to get training. 12 hour shifts... blue cross, blue shield. work load goes up and down. Can pick up a little extra time.

Short staffed a lot of the time.
