My manager worked really well with my school schedule. Great work/life balance.

Cons

Low salaries, Nurse to Patient ratio was ridiculous, hardly no raises.

Pros

You can payroll deduct your lunch. Most people that are not managers are all on the same page. You get 2 15 minute breaks.

Cons

You do not accrue PTO during first 3 months of employment even though they say you do during orientation. Management is absolutely terrible. No recognition for good workers that do not directly work with patients. No bonuses. You have to use your personal PTO for holidays.

Great supportive staff that is always willing to pitch in and help when needed. Flexible and understanding scheduling. Awesome overall work environment

Cons

There aren't many cons of this job. The clinic hours were sometimes difficult for patients to get to but overall it was great
