Pros

Benefits are pretty good. Most fellow employees are nice.

Cons

Administration is not employee oriented. Instead of of being known they are having a "lay-off", they use what they call "attrition". This has recently meant they fire personnel for any and every reason they can think of, generally paltry reasons. They also tend to fire people with health problems, and those who have been there for numerous years.
