Pros

Really good colleague and people you get to work with. Good opportunities if you know what you are doing as an engineering. There are couple great principals working in the firm that are technically sound and will be happy to provide guidance when needed.

Cons

- There is no step up training programs or shadow programs developed for younger structural engineers. - Any innovation ideas to improve company's internal processes does not get traction. - Lower pay than other firms in the market sector. - Company is not able to retain smart structural engineers and managers. They prioritize folks who are great talkers rather than egnineers.
