More about the money than the mission

Decent money. Hard to make that kind of money anywhere else. Paid to come in for meetings. Having a part in help saving lives

Cons

Time with your family and friends takes a big hit. Even though you're only required to work 12 (24hr) on call days the being up working 20-30 hrs straight then having to drive home is very dangerous. No respect for the hard work you do taking all the risk. Half the coordinators in charge of cases are extremely immature for being in such a position. Supervisor for tissue is a complainer and has a foul mouth and doesn't know how to talk to people. Just some all around bad representation for the company. And bonuses are a joke.
