      DCI provides a flexible work schedule and provides good opportunities for varied experience. You will haven't ability to work on marquee type projects from Alaska to Southern California.

      Cons

      The path to career advancement is slow. The overall compensation is at the lower end for a firm of its size.

      Pros

      Fantastic projects and customers that offered a diverse working environment. The day to day activities always changed so it was great to be kept on your toes and not become stagnant.

      Cons

      Management did not know how to manage their resources and often times took advantage of the resources that were available.
