Semi-good benefits. Decent bonus potential. WFH.

Cons

Hourly pay isn't livable. You basically have to get bonus in order to live comfortably, and they have been making it harder and harder to get bonuses. Terrible at communication, asking for a raise is basically laughed at. No decent maternity leave, not a workplace for working families at all.

Yes, they will offer you food. Yes, they will tell you all about their various committees and that they value diversity; but it's all a ruse. Management is horrible, the pay is sub-par, and the culture is toxic. Run while you can.

Take-home pay kind of low (benefits do help make up for some of this). Workload and duties can get stressful at times.
