Flexible schedule, some kind managers, helping legitimate causes

Cons

Much pressure is put upon the callers to get that credit card large donation, but it in fact lessens the base amount of pay by $2 then you get a paltry commission so there is no incentive except to not be terrified. Also you could get a large donation with a quick YAY and the next day you are in a meeting about your low numbers.
