excessive hours crossing the line to unsafe, requiring safe work from fatigued workers. failure to maintain company policies on appropriate behavior in the working environment. policies seem to be all lip service. policies to implement proper training are implemented poorly. all these cons contribute and create a stressful working environment leading to hostile co-workers and management having unsafe and unrealistic expectations.

Very few opportunities to advance unless you are a Good Old Boy. if you want an occasional attaboy for a job well done, don't expect it from DCP. They expect employees to give 110% but do not reward hard work. As a result, turnover is very high.
