      I learned a great deal about Politics in Business, it isn't how good of a job you are doing here, its butt kissing.

      You get to learn how to deal with off the charts politics and back stabbing which can help later on in your career.

      Cons

      Horrible management, idiotic decision making, offshore reliance (terrible offshore company btw), inter-team fighting was rediculous. 95 percent of the top employees left, only the blood suckers and pretenders stay around. The would have non-sensical layoffs every couple of years and ruin peoples morale and lives for no reason other than to make middle management happy. This was honestly the most disgusting place I have ever worked with people in high places that will have bad karma for a long long time.

      Cons

      Working in a small leaves you without a manager or anyone to provide support with operations. Everything is about the young professional, leaving the more senior technical staff tomcend for themselves. Turnover rate is probably 95% amongst engineers, new and seasoned alike, in the first two years.
