      Pros

      They don't micoro manage like most companies and that allows you to do your job.

      Cons

      Their accounting is not all to par with paying bills. Also alot of meetings that have nothing to do with job scope.

      benefits like vacation policy is great. IT is a great place to coast. Make sure you are invisible and be prepared to take a backseat to all the guys if you are woman

      IT leader is clueless and some of the IT senior staff as well. ALL Staff knows better than to present new ideas or anything that is not an idea of VP. Exec. staff is supportive of this behavior. If you keep your head down and can hold in any ideas for improvements - this is the place for you. Thi

      Pros

      Benefits and vacation were above average. Compensation was at least market value. The company as a whole wants to make it into a good place to work.

      Cons

      While there are some great people, many managers lack leadership training, and if you get under the wrong person, the place can quickly turn cliquish, or a boys club, or simply a bad place to work. It is a slow paced company, which means that it can require great patience and endurance to wait for improvements to come to fruition.
