      Good Salary. Management will help employees/contractors apply skills learned either from previous jobs or college courses to the job/task at hand.

      Cons

      Lots of Turnover. If you come in as a contractor be prepared to stay in contractor status for a WHILE!

      Pros

      Fair pay, vacation, and benefits. Mostly friendly people. Comfortable place to be. Stable industry. If you just need a stable paycheck, this place will provide it.

      Cons

      Management does not listen to staff. Leadership talks well, doesn't live up to the talk. Very clear "in" group who gets all promotions at the corporate level.

      Pros

      The pay is good enough to make a descent living.

      Cons

      Safety is compromised, even though they talk about safety. Vessell and tanks falling apart but supervisors are slow to upgrade or repair equipment. Good old boy crowd, I was asked a couple of times if I would mind racial jokes. If you are caucasion you will probably get hired, any other color; you will have to jump through hoops.
