The industry is not doing well so annual layoffs keep moral low. There is no money for training or support for contractors. The managers are not helpful or very supportive because their hands are tied.

Cross department communications was not always the best. Some management were more focused on themselves than creating synergy to keep all departments functioning at optimal performance.
