      Toxic environment filled with people that want to coast into retirement. Poor communication. Antiquated technology and old school IT. They outsource a lot of development when it would be better off done in house. Has not adapted to the digital age - process are in place to block all innovation and progression relating to cloud computing, web services, and development etc.
