      Pros

      Decent place to get 2-3 years of experience with a larger company Bonus always paid out, free parking Downtown denver office Managed the downturn Half day fridays

      Cons

      Old school work environment. Professional dress, crap cubes. Little flexabiltiy to remote Big focus on years of experience, even though older employees often don't produce. Not uncommon to have employees with 30+ years of experience, unwilling to train or mentor others Only way to promote is to get a counter offer Good ol' boy system. New employees don't get much investment or feel special. No value placed on new employees. Long hours - the employees left from layoffs are busting their hump.
